what is the delivery time?
Our delivery time is 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and 1 to 3 working days in Belgium. Ordered before 3:30 p.m., shipped the same day | Free shipping from €50 in NL & BE

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary from €4.95 to €24.95, depending on which country you live in.
What steps should I follow to return items?
Returns can easily be made within 14 days of receipt.
Step 1. Register return
Register your return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
With this return request, please include the order number and email address you provided when purchasing the item.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. Do you want a different size or color? Then you can place a new order yourself.
Step 2. Package & Returnform
After we process your return request, you will receive An email with the return form and accompanying information so you can get started right away.
Step 3. Shipping
Pack the items (undamaged and unworn) in the original packaging. Note the following return address on your return shipment:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The maximum return cost is estimated at €7.25.

Step 4. Announcement
Once we have processed your return package we will proceed with the refund. According to the terms and conditions and the return policy, we will process the refund within 14 days at the latest. Our aim is to process the refund earlier than this set period of 14 days, in most cases this process will only take a few days.

Costs incurred for returns are at your own expense.
What should I do if my refund has not been processed?
Of course we find it annoying if you did not receive your refund in time, we apologize in advance.
