Who pays the return costs?
The costs incurred for the return are at your own expense. The maximum return cost is estimated at €29,95.

After we have approved your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
Can I bring the return myself?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to drop off your return yourself, as we work with a large logistics center that is not accessible to consumers.
Can I exchange my items?

How can i pay?
You can pay with us using iDeal, pre-transfer and PayPal.

Order
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Your (paid) order enters our external warehouse immediately after you place the order. Unfortunately, we can not change or cancel the order.
I forgot to enter my discount code or it didn't work, what can I do?
Unfortunately, we do not apply discount codes after the fact. Therefore, make sure your discount code works before you place your order.
I ordered recently and now see a promotion or sale, can I still get a discount?
