Exchanges or returns

What is the return policy?

You can request a return order within 14 days of receiving your order. More information can be found here.

Am I able to exchange the products in my order for another size?

Yes, it's possible to exchange your order for free. You can request this in our portal. More information about this process can be found here.

Are there any costs involved in exchanging or returning an order?

Exchanges are free of charge, but the costs incurred for the return are at your own expense. Depending on how you choose to ship your return, the minimum cost is €5.87.

Am i able to drop off the return at the HQ?

Unfortunately it's not possible to drop off the return or exchange at the HQ. We're working with automized flows within an external warehouse which we cannot influence. We would kindly like to ask you to register your exchange or return with our portal. More information can be found here

Can I exchange or return items i've bought during an outlet sale?

No, unfortunately it's not possible to return or exchange items you've bought during an outlet sale.

When will I receive my refund?

After we've received your refund in our external warehouse, we strive to process the refund within 14 business days.

What is the delivery time within the Netherlands?

If you've placed your order before 5 PM, the order will be shipped the same day (excluding holiday's). For orders outside the Netherlands it can take a little longer, but this depends on the courier.

Please be aware that during sale periods, or other on site deals, it might take longer for your order to be delivered than you're normally used to.

What is the delivery time for orders shipped to Belgium?

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped free of charge from an order value of €49.95. For an order below that amount, the cost is €4.95.

What are the shipping costs for a package outside the Netherlands or Belgium?

Shipping costs vary from €4.95 to €24.95, depending on where the package needs to be sent and the corresponding rates of our carriers. The exact costs become visible during the checkout process.

Payment

What payment methods can I choose from?

You can pay with us using iDeal, credit card, Sofort, Bancontact, KBC, Google Pay and PayPal.

The payment failed, what can I do?

When an order remains unpaid, you will receive an automatic email with a payment link. This link is linked to the order. Once the order is paid, your order will be transferred to our warehouse. You can also request the link by emailing info@yourwishes.nl.

What should I do if my refund has not been processed?

Of course we are sorry if you did not receive your refund in time, we apologize in advance.

In cases like this, we recommend that you contact our customer service immediately so we can resolve it. Please contact us by emailing info@yourwishes.nl or by calling 06 15374036. Customer service is available by phone on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Your (paid) order ends up in our external warehouse immediately after the order is placed. Unfortunately, we cannot then change or cancel the order.

I forgot to enter my discount code during checkout, can it still be applied?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply discount codes afterwards. Therefore, make sure you check your order carefully before you finally place it.

My discount code is not working, how is this possible?

Annoying to hear! Please contact our customer service team by emailing info@yourwishes.nl and include the discount code, and we will be happy to look into it with you.

Can I also pick up my order at your place?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order from us. We work with a large logistics center that is not accessible to consumers.

I ordered recently and now see a promotion or sale, can I still get a discount?
